The e-Science Centre is holding a summer school for PhD students in Newcastle on the 26th July 2007. This event is an opportunity for PhD students in the region to present their work to a wider audience, so your attendance would be greatly appreciated. The event will have a mini conference format, and we are planning eight presentations of 30 minutes each. The agenda for the day is as follows:

The maximum number that the room can hold is 50 people, so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The event will be held in room 2.22 in the Research Beehive, which is on the first floor in the Old Library building (Building 18 on the attached campus map).
