Project Description eXSys is a new project which aims to develop novel computational techniques and computer software to analyse complex information networks such as biological and communication networks. The project is done in partnership with e-Therapeutics a Newcastle University spin-out company and Sapphire Technologies. Currently we are developing software to facilitate data interchange between heterogeneous databases and analysis tools to predict drug targets for in-silico drug design.
